Bulk Tank Mud & Cement Monitoring and Control Panels are supplied to rigs on a global basis. Typically panels are for safe area operation, however, as per all EFC systems Zone 1 hazardous area systems are available as required.

An example of a stainless steel Bulk Tank panel is pictured right. This includes:

• Mimic arrangement, with different colours for air lines and for powder lines and tanks
• 52-off two-position switches, the position of which indicate the status of each pneumatically actuated valve
• 6-off LED digital displays of individual tank weights
• 6-off LED digital displays of individual tank pressures
• 8-off high level alarm indications for each tank

The following sensors are also included:

• 6-off electronic load cells
• 6-off pressure transmitters
• 8-off high level switches
