Case Study

A client had a Koomey unit with a remote electric panel which needed replacing.

EFC designed and manufactured an all-electric panel, suitable for Zone 1 operation. This panel is designed to replace old control panels and integrates with existing control sensors and solenoids.

BOP Diverter Remote Electric Control System

In addition to the Remote Electric Panel EFC can supply the complete Remote Electric Control System comprising of:

• EX rated solenoids
• Sensors
• Drill floor alarm panel for any Koomey unit which previously had local hydraulic/pneumatic control only.

All systems and component equipment is designed and manufactured to operate in Zone 1 areas as required.
